Why Call Good Friday “Good”?

This is a question that has puzzled many for centuries. Some people might say it is good because it marks the day when Jesus died for our sins, while others might argue that it is a sad day and therefore not good at all.
However, one thing is certain: Good Friday is a day for reflection and contemplation. It is a time for us to think about the sacrifice that was made for us and to remember the unbreakable love that Jesus has for each and every one of us.

Join us at 3pm on 29th March for reflective service and discover why we call it “good”.

Why Believe in the Resurrection?

If Jesus didn’t rise from the dead then at best he was simply a good teacher with some thought provoking words. But if he did rise from the dead then he is so much more.

Join us at 10.30am on 31st March for our Easter Service as we celebrate and explore how the resurrection changes everything. We hope to see you there!

Both services take place at The Beaconsfield School, Wattleton Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1SJ
